We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was great. The staff was very-very nice, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Shuwaikh Island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I like how the working people at the hotel deal with us during our stay!
One thing Bothered me a lot me during my stay when the reception continued to insist that the service charge will be added at my finally invoice despite the confirmation from Booked.net that the service charge (15%) was included with quoted rate!!!!!

Amazingly comfortable beds and beautifully designed rooms make you feel right at home. The international buffet breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly and efficient. Only a short 15-minute drive to the city center. I highly recommend this cozy and welcoming hotel.

It is too old and is definitely not a 5-star hotel as advertised. The halls are pale and painting is smeared with black dust or something. The shower had some rust.

The venue was exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated the stay and the location was favourable next to the center of Kuwait city as well as the Avenuea mall. The staff was exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating and I had a late checkout...

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kuwait City. Best aspects included delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. Additionally, we enjoyed the private swimming pool and the variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and had ample facilities. It was also conveniently located near a mall and transportation was easily accessible.

The hotel offered complimentary rides which was really nice. the location was great as it was close to where I needed to be. the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay.
There were some downsides. The hotel required an extra insurance payment which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The room was spacious and well-maintained with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. We loved being able to enjoy the private swimming pool on-site. The hotel is conveniently located near the Avenuea mall and the center of Kuwait city. We appreciated the friendly, efficient service and the delicious daily buffet breakfast. The hotel layout has a unique design, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
